Categories

Accessing Government Services

This category includes resources to assist members of the community who are interacting with government services online. There is a particular focus on services that relate to financial counsellor service delivery and client engagement.

Industry Services

This category will assist financial counsellors to share banking, utility and other consumer product/service resources with community members.

Staying Safe Online

This category includes resources that build community members’ understanding of how to stay safe online and avoid common scams. By understanding and applying strategies to stay safe in the online environment, community members can increase their skills and build their confidence to safely interact online.

Functional Computer Skills and Connecting Online

This category supports community members to make informed choices about internet and smart phone providers. It also includes information on how to get free access to technology and the internet. Resources in this category will help community members to use the internet, Gmail and other services as well as connect socially safely.

Working with Diverse Audiences

This category includes resources for working with diverse audiences, including community members who are living with a disability and those with low literacy. There are also resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and CALD community members.

Regional and Remote Locations
