Community members can book a 15-to-45-minute face-to-face digital coaching session at a Centrelink service centre. The purpose of the digital coaching session is to increase community members’ skills and confidence in using Centrelink specific online platforms.
Explanations with links to how to book a digital coaching session appointment are provided as well as information on what to bring to the coaching session e.g. laptop, mobile phone or tablet; identification; passwords and PINs for devices and accounts.
Financial counsellors can book digital coaching sessions for community members. Digital coaching sessions are recommended for the highly vulnerable.
